About
I have over 20 years of experience leading teams and 13 as a Project Manager on digital projects at agencies. I've worked with diverse teams, profiles and clients, which has allowed me to develop a strong ability to adapt and quickly read how organisations work from the inside, especially in demanding environments where the pace is high and projects overlap.
Throughout my experience, I've seen that the main problem isn't a lack of talent, but the invisible friction that blocks teams and processes. That's why I created Modus Ops: to help small businesses facing these challenges without the resources of larger ones, bringing clarity, removing obstacles and improving how they work day to day.
